Non US-citizen: How do I open a US bank account?

I can't find the account package you've posted. Only citigold and executive.
I'll wait for your feedback.

If I understand the info on their site correctly you must be paid by a US employer to be able to apply for the Global Executive Account, I don't see such restriction in the International Personal account. The minimum opening balance for both accounts is $0.

That's the reason why I didn't find that package. They're not opening new accounts anymore, just citigold and global executive.
 
Oh, I see. The posts I read were from earlier this year so probably they stopped offering those accounts during the last months.
