Where to Create a Company and Bank account

Hello guys, i am quite new to the Offshorecorp group, just registered today but i have read the threads before. Everyone seems intelligent and welcoming here.
I myself i am young entrepreneur, i have started my own kind of business for the past 1 year. But i never formed a company due to quarantine, i received payments from companies via Crypto currency and where i live i can exchange it into cash in some crypto offices. But the payment sums are increasing to bigger amounts, so i need to create a company.

Anyway i would like to get your thoughts where is they best/cheapest/easiest place to open a company and company bank account, maybe a free zone in Dubai?
the kind of business activity my business would fall into i would say its Consulting, i bring clients to big companies and they pay me commissions for it.

Personally I would use a Wyoming LLC with WISE and some middleman EMI to exchange crypto. It's easy to setup.

Furthermore, I have read the complete guide in mentor group for a UK LTD with everything needed to run a online business, can be used even thought the business itself is considered high risk, very useful hints.

Incorporate somewhere within 2-3 timezones (plus or minus) from where you reside. If you need to be in touch with whatever is needed for the company in that jurisdiction then it is at the very least not at an ungodly hour.

Hi,

Where are you currently located? And would you be open to relocating?

The license for consulting in the UAE requires a qualification in the field in which you consult.
You would be better to get a license for project management and or business services.

Residency and nationality would help to give a better opinion.

Well we live in 2021 doing global business, why is that a problem right now?

If there is a reason to reach out to your CSP you can email him or you have to stay up until he is available if you need to get a hold on him by phone. We all have to adapt the new era of running a business.

i have actually created an LLC, you need a TAX ID to open Bank accounts and for some reason they denied my appeal for a tax ID after i created the LLC

you mean for a US LLC correct? if so, yes you will need the all over discussed EIN number which you can get using a old fashion telefax to send your application. Google search the forum for EIN number and you will get a lot of hits and advise.

Its not a problem until it is.

Its a recommendation coming from over 2 decades of experience and dealing with the back lash from clients when question could not be answered on the spot.

Well, have been in business for years never saw it to be an issue. If some people have an issue with the time zones when they are doing business online then they should apply for a job at Mc Donalds or Pizza Hut.
