Hello.
I'm currently a tax resident in Portugal.

Is there any EU country who allows me to live there while paying no tax on portuguese rental income?

Thanks

Your property is in Portugal therefore is taxable in Portugal. There is no legal way round it.

I agree with CaptK it is not possible if you own property in Portugal unless you could set it up in a corporate structure which may be to costly compared to the benefit.

Thank you.

And if the portuguese real estate is owned by a foreign company in Malta, for example? Paying a small corporate tax and then a small dividend tax? That would be good if it worked.

I'm sure it's similar to Spain where they don't care what your structure is.
