Company Formation With Fake Documents?

Hi, is there any country where a company can be formed with fake passport, etc. for less than $500 USD?

This was very simple in the past with UK, but it seems to be incredibly difficult now. It looks like Canada is now an option (albeit more expensive) but I would love to hear some input from those who have more experience.

I'm simply looking to register a company so that it's visible in the company search database, nothing more. I don't need a bank account or anything else.
