I'm a German national who's been living in Paraguay for a couple of years now. I've pretty much used my old German accounts and everything for selling my digital services and ebooks on Amazon KDP. I also use my Paraguayan ID for some digital payment services.
As my business has been growing steadily, I'd like to have a more formal and reputable, yet low maintenance setup. Obviously, I want to avoid being subject to the 30% tax withholding for non-US Amazon self publishers.
I was thinking about a Florida LLC. Should the need arise, a trip to Miami wouldn't be too bothersome. Does anybody have any experience or recommendation?
Oh, I also have an old SSN from working in the US quite a few years ago. Not sure if that matters or helps in anything.
