Puerto Rico Bank

Hello all,

We have formed a Mauritius company (all involved in the company are Europeans) and we would like to open a corporate bank account in Puerto Rico. As I am new to this, is anyone able to advise whether opening an account in Puerto Rico will get us into any issues with the US tax authorities or any issues related to the US in general? We will not have US clients.

maybe because of non-CRS ..

Puerto Rico bank will work fine. No CRS, as I imagine that is the main reason why you go for PR banks.

Which jurisdictions for the companies are accepted ? Any banks you could recommend ?
the IRS will leave you alone being a non-resident ?
