From your experience, whom would you recommend to help form a Romanian SRL and then which accountant, that has experience with such companies (international clients paying by credit card, etc).

I have already talked to a local accountant but seemed to get a little lost when I asked the invoices to be both in EUR/LEI and English/Romanian language. Which one would you recommend?
PS: I have read all threads about Romanian micro-companies in this forum.
