best region to incorporate for adult content?

I'm a Canadian resident looking to operate a online adult content sales platform. We are looking to start with Canada (Models and Customers). Can someone please point me in the right direction to get company registration (for adult business), EMI or Bank and CC processor???
I currently have a company registered in Canada, but looks like CCbill don't want to deal with a Canadian company (something to do with unable to process mastercard) and I guess with no track record they don't want to bother wasting time for a new busienss model that's unproven in North America, and paxum won't accpet payments from thrid party processors outside of their list at least for 3 month. I'm really stuck in a bind here and willing to seek service providers that can offer me a solution.

That's a very helpful tip, I'm not really familiar with setting up offshore structures myself, care to recommend some services for structuring such entities? I spoke to some service providers but got rejected off the bat after I tell them i'm doing P**N.

I know some in the adult industry who also have their company in NM.
Mainly because of the anonymity & the low fees.

I and business partners are also starting to enter the adult industry through cheating dating sites in the coming months.
After extensive research we have come to the conclusion that NM would be the best fit for us.

Why New Mexico instead of Delaware? You would be paying more taxes in New Mexico if I'm not mistaken.
