Haven't used those personally but I have gone through both of them in detail.

You can opt for Wyoming llc with a registered agent.

I'm just not sure of one thing here though. I have seen a thread here of a man from Africa not being able to use stripe as he stated that stripe asks for ssn for a non residing usa llc. So is the case with paypal.

Can someone else clarify on this please?

Africa will not work for stripe as I read in several threads.

The way it could be managed is to option for some sort of nominee service that can help you. Or you check out for a new setup like the one in my signature, it's a guide, not a sales thing!
