Kraken Account type and taxman report.

Anyone know what level of report exists to the taxman based on the level of your kraken account?
Would an Intermediate type of account report the $$ you receive and send but a Starter account as it has less info about you would not?

I mainly search for a way to temporarily convert my BTC to a stablecoin or Balance so there would be no fluctuations on my wallet funds
without taxman know that I got some $. Amount is gonna be around 2k$ per month that would get into and out of this account.
Don't really care of bank withdrawals. Any suggestions would my intermediate account on kraken be enough or should I make a new one
with Starter type to be more safe?

You can use some exchanges without KYC, like fixedfloat.io, sideshift.ai, godex.io.
