That's not true - it all depends on the whole setup.

Of course you should go with more retubale Freezone in Dubai instead of Fujariah but other parameters for bank account opening are important as well.

What you mentioned is the common sense that was established over the last years by people that thought they walk in the Bank Branch without supporting documents and business plan and thought the bank opens without any questions asked.
