Which tax havens are the best to open a company online easily and affordably? (WITHOUT any bank account)

By this i mean company creation / incorporation directly online without the need of agencies etc... (If possible) And that allow to pay renewal fees as well as submitting any necessary documents online directly?

If they don't exist what's the next best option?
(Again don't think about the bank account, i am just asking what 0% tax country allows for the most hassle free registration and yearly renewal fees payment).

You'll always need an agent.

US LLC is fastest and cheapest. Delaware or Wyoming, can be done for a few hundred USD, and company ready in a few hours (or sometimes a few days, it varies). In many cases, you don't need to submit any documentation at all.

If you don't want an LLC, next in line is probably Seychelles, Belize, or Marshall Islands. The process takes a few days to a week, assuming you have all the necessary documents ready. Costs can be well under 1,000 EUR/USD if all you need is just a company and nothing else, and don't need someone who can give legal/tax advice.

I guess you didn't mean Nevis, as that is not a US state. Maybe you meant Nevada?
