hello guys,

I had a few questions about the usa LLC or uk LLP since I wanted to set one up for collecting payments from clients.

all my clients are mainly from usa, would that mean that I would be taxed in usa as well since the money is coming in from within the country ?

would uk LLP help since it would be usa to uk and the company wouldn't have PE and I guess technically not taxed in UK?

can a company be a branch / subsidiary of a Cyprus holding ?

also curious about how is banking in these non resident situations

the reason I am looking into it is to make it easier for clients when paying as we all know what you are usually asked for when wiring overseas (fb/ig agency here so it's all clean but still get asked sometimes)

you shall be taxed where the services are being rendered from, where the work is being done, where the value is being generated at.

No, you will be taxed where you live not where your customers live!

Doing it this way you can avoid to charge VAT for B2B transactions at least.
