We have pretty recently started a crypto company in the nordic region. Before this I thought that all the stuff you read about governments getting off on hurting small businesses was just something that happened in the USA or something. But I was wrong. I used to sing the national anthem and walk with a smile on my face. But not anymore, not since it happened. And everytime the tax department call me I get reminded, I feel disgusted and sick to my stomach. But they don't care, cus "who u gonna call and tell, huh?!". I can even hear the banks sitting there with them laughing and whispering in their ears what fucked up s**t they should tell me next.

So we've decided to just get the f**k out of here and find us a new comfortable home. A home where sleezy legislators aren't jerking off to telling us "no" and where our business could be taken seriously, both by the law and by the banks.

At the moment I'm googling different law firms that specialises in creating crypto companies offshore, looking at Malta but I don't know if its the best place for us to go. I'm also looking for one that can do this as fast as possible since we have a lot of crypto assets and profits that we need to take out.

Does anybody know about some good firms out there that could help us with this, and what would be the best country to move to?

And also, happy to have found this place, I'm feeling better already.

Have you considered Cyprus? It is becoming more and more crypto-friendly.

Estonia is the best. You can pick up a licenced company and start trading straight away. That would cost you about €50K

You can buy a fully registered company with an exchange for about €100K-€150K.

Thats amazing, so you just pay for the license? Don't have to go through extensive procedures and fill in ridiculous amounts of paperwork? Maybe you have some insights on companies that can help us migrate our company there and can guide us through all the legal stuff?

I've read about it but just haven't stumbled upon any business/law-firm that specialises in establishing crypto companies in Cyprus, seems like everybody is just focusing on Malta, at the same time I have a feeling that Malta has a lot of hype and that it in the end might not really live up to it.

Yes, you still need to provide KYC but you can get to work within a week.

This is a service I offer and have done in both Estonia and UK.
