Hi,

I made some tests. Depends on the residence, funding via Paypal is not allowed for each country. I also noticed, how you deposited, you should also withdrawal with the same way.

One broker have multiple country licence some accept paypal other not. You can easily decide which jurisdiction accept paypal.and open account with that country licence

You can withdraw profit using any method . In your case you can convert to bitcoin.after profit you made . As examples you deposit 1000$ in your account using paypal . You can not withdraw this amount to any other method besides paypal. After trading you made profit of 100$ this amount you can convert to any payment method (bitcoin).

I can sense what are you trying to do . Just open account with two or more Broker. And trade you can achieve what are you trying to achieve . I can not discuss on public in detail.
