Anyone information on solo company or LLC in Ukraine?
Seems cheap set up, mainly translation of all required documents, choose 5 or 18% tax rate,
LLC nominee only 50 euro/ month

Purpose is to connect online business payment solution to it for my consulting

Do you live in Ukraine?

If yes, go for it. You can end up with a very low tax rate if you opt to be treated as a private entrepreneur (sort of like a sole proprietorship but with some characteristics of a company).

If no, don't do it. It's a bureaucratic nightmare as a foreigner. Pick one of the other more reputable and convenient, well-established jurisdictions available.

With a company in Ukraine you can pay as little as 5% in taxes?

Does it have the same protection of and LTD company?

The main issue besides beaurocracy, could be that it's outside europe and if you deal with european clients it can be bad.

I also heard about the fx rates on the currency exchange which are mandatory if you run a company from Ukraine.
