Have you tried Binance or Kraken? Btw how come you've managed to open a US bank account, are you a US citizen/resident?

Thanks for the info - will study Both options - about your question - I'm from Chile - I opened the account some years ago when American banks were more flexible.

I have Chile residency, but am from Asia. I've had a Nevis LLC for 6-7 years now, but never was able to make a US banking relationship with it. I have personal bank accounts at Bank of America, and Citibank. Did the US-bank realize it was a Nevis LLC and not a US State LLC?

Are you willing to share the name of the bank? Most banks will open an account for a foreign LLC, if it's registered to do business in the US...but that causes taxation.

Paxos works well.

I think if anything it became easier over the last few years to open accounts in US for offshore companies. I suggest you go for medium sized banks in international cities like Miami or NYC.

I can't speak for OP of course but there is no reason why Kraken or Binance wouldn't open an account for his Nevis LLC. I opened accounts for plenty of offshore companies at Binance and Paxos without any problem. I never tried Kraken.

Ok thanks

Thanks for the responses. I use the nevis llc mostly for equity investments in public stocks. I need a bank account in the LLC name to send/receive non-3rd party transfers from the company brokerage accounts. I believe binance can only receive a wire with BINANCE as the receiver. Does anyone have any recommendations for a bank that will accept a wire in the nevis llc's name? I know some carribean banks will do it but will charge 2% to wire the USD back out.
