Prepaid Card funded with Skrill

I cann't order a Skrill card, and I am looking for a prepaid card which can be funded with Skrill, so I can use it to make payments or withdraw the money from Skrill.

Is any card that can be funded with Skrill?

i think linking a visa card will do job if it can be loaded .

Skrill doesn't offer me the possibility to link a Visa card for the withdrawal.

odd, because it's default option in my old account and new account.

i'm afraid it's country restriction .

Yes it is a country restriction. I can withdraw only with swift and Neteller.

I have an account at Dukascopy bank, I also have their visa debit card. Dukascopy account has the option of pulling money from skrill and neteller, but their limits are low, at least for my country

I have too a Dukascopy bank but their limits are very low and they are not sufficient.
