I understand as an EU citizen I can become tax resident and use non-dom regime in Cyprus if I meet the following requirements:
  • 60 days stay
  • yearly rental
  • Cyprus company to employ yourself, however, I have also found out if you can prove you can support yourself this is not a requirement.
Divi will be taxed at 0% plus 2.65 gesy contributions.

Overseas employment of more than 90 days outside Cyprus is not taxed. What happens if that overseas employment is your own non-cyprus company. How will this income be taxed? 0% and you only have to pay socials? Or will this fall under PE rules?

I was told by a lawyer and accountant recently that it would not be taxed (so 0%) and you only have to pay social security/health insurance. I would recommend checking with a laywer/accountant yourself though tbh.
