Can anybody give guidance for belize trust formation and how to transfer money to that trust

If I want to setup Belize trust for hold stock and etf . And give monthly income to beneficiary .
How to setup one and transfer money to that trust account from my home country ?

I believe you have to speak with the trustee that will be your day to day contact person once the trust is setup!

You pick your trustee with care and choose wise.
