Investing into Iran, Russia, etc.

Does anyone here have some experience investing in those countries?
How would you go about moving funds there from the EU?

Firstly what area are you planning on investing in?

Investing in Russia is not difficult and done everyday in different sectors of their economy.

Iran is slightly more tricky due to sanctions and banking difficulties. You would likely have to go via an investment manager in Georgia. Again it depends what areas you plan on investing in and how.

Mostly interested in investing into green energy projects in Iran at this point.

You should research some local investment advisors in Armenia to help with that.
