Greece and tax friendly does that exist?

Greece has some of the lowest dividend taxes in Europe at 5%. For anyone moving their tax base to Greece for 2021 will get a 7-year reduction of 50%, making the Divi effectively 2.5%. This would be interesting to anyone who has a company with substance abroad, so you don't get caught by Permanent Establishment rules.

This could be an alternative to moving to Cyprus to qualify for the Non-dom status with an expensive Cyprus company setup (to employ yourself) and the 0% divi which has the 2.65% health payments attached to it for the first 180K.

Then what would be the setup?
Estonian company to include the cryptotrades and greece residency to receive divis?

Estonian company pays 20% at distribution. Greek holding company should get around this. PE rules could make this hard. Would only work if you have substance abroad.

35% corporate tax (-30% returned in "15 days") + 0% tax on foreing income (+100k€ tax per year + 500k€ investment)
wont' be easier to work with a bulgarian company? (10% corporate tax)
is it advisable to change the trading accounts to my company's name after being trading 5 years with those accounts?

Do you have any details on how to kick off this process. We have a company in Malta and are now residing in Greece.

You don't need a Cyprus company and employ yourself to get the non-dom status, if you can proof sufficient income/funds.
