I might become a Ukrainian resident, but before that I want to learn more about my options to save on tax and get more information about this year new tax reforms that were done in the country.

if any recommendations to English speaking Ukranian Tax laywer or account, would be really appreciated.

Are you in Ukraine now? Was a PCR test and covid insurance required at the airport?

i am in ukraine
when i came few months ago it was not required, but it changes every day so not sure about now
