Swiss GmBH in Zug + address + resident director

Hi to all,

I would need to incorporate 3 Swiss GmBH companies in Zug, including address and a resident director. The 3 of them are going to be investment companies, this means, companies that are going to be dedicated to invest the own funds of the owners.

Could you recommend me a trusted company service provider for Swiss company incorporation, who can provide me the full service at a good price?

Do you have an idea of the estimated cost of incorporating a GmbH including domicile address and resident director?

Beside of the company formation, in my case I need an address + resident director.

Do you know any trustee company that can provide me an address and a resident director, at a good price?

again read the links, there are providers there which can do what you are looking for.

on a note, in the resource section of mentor group gold you have even more, but for you that don't even read links provided it would make no sense to upgrade your account😛
