Hello,

If i set up a US LLC taxed as disregarded entity, when is the earliest I can change LLC to C-Corp for tax purposes and what would be a cost for it ? Also, I heard that after first change, the next one is possible after 5 years? But still, I would probably need only one time change, so would like to know when could be the earliest date to change it after creating LLC and what is the cost ?

Thank you.

You can do that right away, file the form yourself with irs or get an agent to do it.
Or you can just incorporate a corporation to begin with (but then it will always be a corporation).

I am planning to start as LLC disregarded entity for a 5-6 months or maybe a year. So I can change it to a C-Corp (in case i need) for tax purposes after those 5-6 months, right? I would just need to file some form with IRS? Is there any cost for that ?

It cannot be both during the same year.
Yes file a form, no cost unless you pay someone to do it for you.
