What is the min. share capital for a Cyprus company that has to be paid in?

If I buy a Ready-Made company will I also receive the already paid in share capital?

The min. advisable share capital which is EUR 1000 and has not to be paid-up!

Ready made companies in general have not any paid-up share capital either, only exception is, if you buy a very old (not many left any longer) company say 1985 in that case it is different.

Thank you for advise - is there any upper limit or can the share capital be 500.000 euros?

There is a stamp duty fee of 0,6% for share capital above EUR 5000! But otherwise no limit!
