NON-CRS SETUP: Dubai Company with FREE Residence Visa and Bank Accounts! - DLS Dubai

From Immigration Authority point of view yes however most banks for Business Bank Account still require it stamped. 99% of the people require bank account and therefore we still stamp the Visa.

✅ The company was incorporated on time as promised and no hidden fees.
✅ The visa was approved as promised.
✅ We visited Dubai for medical test, signature and etc. Dubai DLS PRO assisted us as promised.
✅ The personal bank account was opened directly in Dubai and I received the physical identity card.
✅ We just got acceptance for the corporate bank account. We need to fly back to Dubai for the final signature.
My final opinion is that I recommend DLS Dubai.
DLS Dubai and Fred make sure everything runs smoothly. That's why you should choose it too.

Review for DLS DUBAI:
Was sourcing through some service providers(some more known on internet some not so known) and clicked into this forum and found DLS Dubai services. Had a zoom call with Fred and had a good chat about DLS and what they can offer and how things will proceed. Was convinced and paid the fees and DLS team got to work.
Company formation was quick and here I was with paperwork and licensing for my business setup in no time. Next step was to travel to Dubai and have the VISA essentials; MoA signs, medicals and ID done. That was easy with excellent PRO from DLS. Business bank account was next and that was delivered also(approx. 1-2 months). Business bank took the longest however that is completely understandable and I was not in hurry since I moved to Dubai and things always take time if they are properly done in first place!
All in all excellent service from Fred and DLS team! Fred has excellent knowledge about Dubai/UAE and how things work here, which was big factor since this place is constantly evolving.

I am writing to express my disappointment and concern about Fred's behavior. Despite a chaotic first call, we were still willing to move forward with the process. However, Fred failed to show up to our second meeting without warning and provided excuses that do not make sense. This lack of professionalism and respect for our time is unacceptable.
Not only has Fred shown a lack of responsibility and reliability, but he also attempts to shift the blame onto us rather than acknowledging his own mistakes. Despite this, he has decided to no longer work with us, despite the fact that he is the one in the wrong.
To make matters worse, Fred has also shared screenshots of our private messages online without my permission, demonstrating a complete lack of respect for confidentiality and privacy. This behavior is not acceptable, and I expect better from someone who claims to be professional. I am also concerned that Fred may repeat this behavior with other clients, potentially damaging their trust in him and his business.
I request that Fred does not share any more of our private communication without my explicit consent and takes steps to ensure that he is acting in a professional and respectful manner with all of his clients. Based on Fred's lack of seriousness, responsibility, and integrity, I have serious doubts about the validity of the positive reviews he has received. I recommend looking elsewhere for more reliable and professional service.
PS: It is worth noting that Fred Schneider does not appear to have an online presence.

I denied working together based on your individual response to the fact that I couldn't attempt the call at the right time.
You claimed when I was 15 minutes late that this is unprofessional and I agreed with you and told you at the same time that I had to have a urgent call with a client sitting right in this moment with a banker. I'm not the sales guy who puts turnover and profit over people and I would have done exactly the same.
Based on your provided feedback I said to you it's better to not work together - which with this review here you gave - turned out to be the absolutely right decision.
I even took the time to make again a 5 minutes voice mail in german language to your german speaking partner and girlfriend.
Please you need to keep your EGO in future away and see the things how they are and not put personal emotions into a decision that DLS Dubai did refused to work with you based on your personal behaviour.

Yes we are no sales guys in the first place and you know what? We are proud of it - if you are looking for sales guys google "Dubai Company Formation" and click the first Advertising.
Again - you complain that there is no public company register in the UAE to check the ownership of DLS Dubai while this is the same reason you intend to setup a Company in Dubai. That's double moral.

I was quoted a bunch of figures from other agencies, but they didn't understand my situation.

We founded 1 FZCO, got me and my girlfriend visas and got our IDs.
All went very smoothly.
Save yourself the hassle of trying to figure it out alone - 10/10 would recommend Fred!

It's worth to mention you followed our initial consultation and feedback on RAKEZ and that we won't be able to build our service on such a blacklisted Freezone but on a Dubai Freezone.

Just sent Fred my annual FZCO renewal fees last night (cannot believe how time has flown) and I have to say the guy doesn't charge enough for the work he does.
Everything about by business is pretty much hated by banks and despite this and thanks to DLS I now have more bank accounts out here in Dubai than I've ever had in my life!
Without giving specific detail on exactly the lengths Fred has gone to with getting my accounts open, the paperwork alone and constant work throughout the year he's done I feel like I've practically robbed them 🙂
I genuinely feel there's zero chance I'd have got this all off the ground without DLS but here I am, family over for Christmas sitting on my balcony looking over the Dubai skyline and living the dream.
And no tax. Nice.

I have also renewed my annual FZCO fees a couple months ago and about to another flight to Dubai to do some errands. Of course there might be sticking points along the way but Fred has solutions to any arising problem. I recommend being calm and patient - none of this is easy at the start.
Yes we work from time to time with clients from India. Most of the time they have some Western Background like living for long time in Europe, UK or the US.
Most prospects are indeed from India however they rarely become clients as they are looking for the cheapest price which a prospect form India told me once is part of the culture.
So if you ask me if you should be aware of something then be aware of that if you go cheap in the UAE you have to pay twice - the one or the other way around.
