NON-CRS SETUP: Dubai Company with FREE Residence Visa and Bank Accounts! - DLS Dubai

Got my Business account opened today! I could have got it earlier but it was my failure to put the required docs together before traveling to Dubai, so folks, please ask what's required for the bank application and make sure you bring everything with you before you come!
Coming from Germany I was used to same-day business account opening and was surprised by the amount of anal-probing that UAE banks do, but you will get your account opened at the end, just provide the required docs: CV, bank statements, business description, (some banks require utility bill, some not), company docs (Fred will provide you the whole list during the setup) and wait patiently and you will get it.

Fred and his P.R.O. (Public Relation Officer) will hold your hand through the whole process and make sure all the visa paperwork is done properly.

So all in all I'm very happy with the service, and Fred personally is a fun guy to hang out and have a cup of coffee with, he is very knowledgeable and he has the attitude "there are no stupid questions", which I like about him.

The staff working in Dubai gov were surprisingly nice and I felt treated well while having had to capture biometric data.

The medical check was also quick and rather painless with the result delivered within 30mins. That place is in itself quite a humm lets say futuristic experience in its look and feel with robots strolling around, which was not something I was used to before.

I have experience with the process in Panama and also some other countries where the gov staff was pretty rude and things were much more cumbersome. So from that perspective, Dubai won points. (I knew the place from just tourism before though).

A tip: Bring cash and several cards to the process for the gov/medical fees.

I was not in a rush with the whole process as I will stay in Dubai for a prolonged time (after all where can you really travel to during this covid thing without much hassle besides Europe and Africa), so if anyone is interested in a personal meetup, feel free to send PM.

If you are free for a personal meetup during the coming days then please let me know (I'm just a new member on this site). Always nice to chat with other people going through similar things.

And I will also post a review here once I have completed the process. Most of the things have been completed successfully already.

Got the business account today. It took 15 minutes for health check, 5 business days for Emirates ID card. 7 business days for the business account. There's some luck that went into it. The ID card can be done faster but I ended up waiting the full 5 business days. The business account can be done in 6 I think. It could also be longer depending on the bank you go with. Thanks again, Fred.

https://www.guide2dubai.com/living/expat-life/medical-tests-visaIf I recall correctly @Fred wrote about that here in the past pages, what they scan for.

I did go thru it recently, it is indeed very easy. A Philipina nurse takes blood from your arm with a syringe and they take an xray of your chest in another room. Done in about 10mins.
The nurse I had seemed to be quite well trained in doing that procedure and I had no blue/black stains on the inside of the elbow the days after (I had other experiences regarding that in the past).

I will post a complete review later on when I have more time.

I'm another who can vouch for Fred. My company bank account was finalised yesterday. I have set up a company here in Dubai for the purposes of cashing out crypto. I'm not the best person to talk how quickly it can be done as I was not in a hurry. I first contacted Fred in March, he set up the company and I received my residence visa in April. All very smooth and easy.

I rolled the dice and brought my young family to Dubai at the start of June with the idea of being here 6 months to set everything up and create something of a tax residency here. It would mean I would have to sponsor the residence visas for my wife and kids. I wasn't 100% sure it would be successful but it seemed doable. Fred was straight up and said family visas weren't his area of expertise so I went with a different PRO for these.

Fred was away during my first 10 days here but his employee was completely capable and picked me up the day after arrival and guided me through medical test and finger printing for the Emirates ID card.

For my family visas I needed a salary certificate which Fred arranged for me. My contract from the company Fred set up allowed me to sponsor my family here. Their 3 year resident visas and ID cards are now also processed.

For my personal bank account Fred put me in touch with a contact he has at the central office of Emirates NBD. The biggest and arguably best bank in Dubai. This made things really easy and I was given a high earners account with credit card with basically no questions asked. Though the fact I had a tenancy contract here probably helped.
I have only met Fred once so far on a zoom call to guide me through the online set up of the company bank account at Mashreq Neo. Mashreq came back after a couple of days with some extra compliance questions. Fred's advice to deal with these questions was invaluable and the account was approved a couple of days later.

As others have mentioned I think the service Fred provides is very good value. You can trust him. He is busy but usually gets back the same day to queries and I found he was most available when he was most needed around the time of bank account creation.

Next step is to try and cash out some crypto which Fred has started to guide me through. I can provide an update on this later.

I highly recommend Fred's consultancy services. He analysed my situation comprehensively and came up with a creative solution that not only showed the knowledge about the banking in the UAE but also in other jurisdictions. In addition he has a strong work ethic. His company couldn't really do anything in my case (I already have a free zone company), but he was really honest about it and didn't try to talk me into purchasing services that I don't need, quite the opposite. I wish every consultant I met on my journey towards having a company in Dubai was so competent and honest.

I also find DLS Dubai on this forum and become a client, and I would like to leave some review on it.
First of all, Fred and his team is always very helpful and response is fast.
I have successfully get a mashreq busines bank account with him. His team has set up most things required for bank account opening including documents and office space so my hassle was minimum and bank account was opened without any problem.
UAE visa apprication was also very fast thanks to his team, everything finished in few hours.
Thank you so much for Fred and his team, and looking forward to further cooperation.

Hi, here is my second update. After I got my private account opended in June, I finally got the welcome letter for my business account today as well. Big compliments again to DLSDubai, Fred had really helped me a lot over the last couple of weeks. Even if it took a while due to public holidays, in the end it's all worth it. Fred, keep rocking!

I am here to review Fred work per his request.

After chatting for a few days and having a call with Fred to let him known my specific needs and discussing how we could find a solution: I agree to proceed.
Few hours later I receive a service agreement to my email and make the payment.

15 days later I receive to my email company docs, quick and smooth. I was really impressed even at this early stage by the proffesionalism of this Psedu-Anonymous guy.

After this first steps we proceed with the e-visa application and I tell Fred when I will be able to visit the country.

I land in Dubai, the same night I meet with Fred and we have a nice chat. He is well manered and well versed in his business. To be honest I wanted to meet with Fred in person just to make sure I was not working with some thugs or lowlife guy looking to make a quick buck. Test passed.

Next day I was picked in my hotel to become an UAE resident. It was a long day, around 5-6 hours. Fred guy did a remarkable job skipping some lines where he could and making you feel like at home from minute one.

After around 7 days I get my passport back and after 10 days I get my EmiratesID.
I have only one day left in Dubai to make all Bank meetings before leaving. So I am sitting in the hotel thinking I lost my trip because I will be leaving with any bank account.

I talk with Fred and let him know my situation and here is where the magic comes to live : He arranged 2 meetings with the biggest Banks in UAE and we get everything sorted out the last day.
Things I learned that day:
Cash deposit are no issue, but is not recommended in big quantities, options are provided.
No CRS reporting has ever happened, said by the banker himself. “No one will ask”.

Now I am just waiting for my business bank account to get opened. He already told me it might take some time. I will update when I get it running.

As a personal advice : If you can afford the time to spend 20 days, please do. Will make everything less stressful and get to know better the bankers.
