[LEGAL] - Proof of the need to separate business and personal comms

Judgement went through the High Court in England, today, in which individuals (in the referenced case) are being made, by law, to hand over their own "personal devices" for inspection and data dump.

This shows the importance of not using personal phones/laptops for business comms.

we conclude that (a) the judge had jurisdiction to order the defendants to request third-party Custodians voluntarily to produce personal devices and emails stored on them
