Paxum eur bank account

The payment gateway i used sent the -payout- money to Paxum's eur iban and the payout never appeared on Paxum. They keep telling the money didnt arrive to them. And we asked payment gateway to bring back the money by recall . It has been 1 month and Still waiting for it.
It seems paxum opens Barclays bank accounts to receive payments and they hide or somehow send to their other accounts and dont make them appear on their users accounts.
How to solve these issues?
