How would I approach this as I want to take some of my crypto funds convert into fiat then transfer to a offshore bank account that is connected to a debit card that I can use for spending in my home country Iceland

Is it even possible to get such accounts and how hard is it?
and do you need a large sums of money if you wish to do so
Are there any other simpler ways of achieving this?

You can try wirexapp. You can fund in crypto convert to fiat and wire out. You can even wait a bit and use their own cards they will soon issue to replace existing cards they offered from a 3rd party.

P.S They are unstable with regular IBAN changes but it works...latest is Estonia EE ibans that have now...lol 😀
