Subsidy issues

Hello everybody,

I am new on OCP and need advices please hap¤#" Let me explain you my problem :

I have a friend who works for a subsidy company. We allow people to receive a 2000€ subsidy and they give us 40% so 800€
The last 12 months i brought him 150 people (friends and friends of friends, friends of friends of friends lol etc...) . So we earned 120 000€ in cash !

But now i want to touch more people so i have to find a way to allow people to pay us with their credit cards when they will receive the money.

I was thinking about opening a company emi with darks that i have and use MOTO payment.

Here my question : What do you think about this process ? What EMI and MOTO do you advise me without Selfie/video ?
Bonus question 🙄 : When i will receive the money on the "dark account" what will be the best way to transfer it to an account on my name without leaving traces ?

You could use a nominee/dark but your problem is justification for the payment. You will require invoices or a checkout system. Someone needs to be buying something when using a PSP.

You require some proof of the job done. To be honest you can just say it's for administration and application fees. That's what you are doing?
It doesn't need to be anything different than the service you are providing

There are a few guys around here who help people generating invoices and to invoicing services in general.

You either fake docs or use these services.
