Hello, I've been reading the forum for some days now, looking for a solution that would help me in my situation. I found a few things that might fit me, but since I have no knowledge on offshore businesses, I figured I'd ask for advice from someone more experienced
I have stashed a substantial amount of BTC - over 100 - which I built after years trading on no-kyc exchanges (the only proof of purchase I might be able to provide is the first purchase, made on a local deal years ago, less than 1btc, though).
So what I want is:
- Sell all this btc for fiat, maybe using a company+bank acccount on an offshore jurisdiction where I could pay low / no taxes, then reinvest the money in stocks, etfs, etc - no need to sell it all at once, don't mind doing it over some years.
Some contacts suggested forming a cyprus company and going there in person to open a bank account, but is it really doable like I was told?
The problem is, after doing some reading on this forum, it looks like no reliable and "big traditional bank" would like to have ties with cryptocurrency transactions. I also don't feel comfortable of doing such deals, since crypto is still a bit shady where I live (South American country). So the best option would be if I could disguise where the money is coming from (maybe with companies made with darks paying my legit company? would this be safe in the long term?).
I just want to do it as safe as possible, and break the link between me and the crypto.
* I would gladly pay an experienced member who could help me to come up with the most suitable solution for me. Can pay you for your time, in BTC, XMR or whatever u want.
