How to find nominees

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

i guess a lot of members from OCT mentor group already have had thoughts about setting a company and bank account completely on a nominee.
Some might have done it before and some not.
Is there someone who can explain me how i can find reliable nominees that just do their job and sign papers?
All this has to happen preferably remote and has to be a solution for years.
Using Darks as nominees is not a solution for me.

I am aware that i need to pay a salary to these people. The aim of my question is to find people which ask less questions and do the job for a small amount of money.
I can imagine in which countries i have to search for them but i still dont understand how i find them remotely.

It depends on where you want to setup the company and what business you are into, there are a few clarifications.

Now a days it is a risk nominees take depending on local laws, one general policy apply for any country, financing of terrorism and money laundering will be punished with prison.

The nominee is not going to end in prison because of what i am doing. No link to terrorism and neither dirty money involved.

Even though i am looking for someone who does not even think about such problems. I dont want to discuss a lot with the nominee. He receives his salary and in return for this he identifies himself as the owner at the bank and at the register of companies.

I dont mind paying for a good explanation.
Really confident there is someone around here who has the knowledge.
