That whole website is full of red flags. They've done a great job at SEO, though, because they keep popping up. There have been lots of threads about them already. All of them containing questions from hopeful members, and skepticism from others.

It's a scam for sure.. there is no reason why some reliable and trusted company would offer anonymous visa or MC cards without KYC and DD - it is against the entire worlds financial service policies.

Not possible, either they are Russians or from another Baltic country, don't burn your hand.
