Need online bank acount to send money to Binance

Hi,
I live in Saudi Arabia ( not Bitcoin friendly ) and want to send money to a crypto exchange ( Binance, or any other ).
My understanding is that I need a SEBA account to send money to Binance , provided that account can accept bank transfer from Saudi Arabia ( swift ).
Is there such a bank or service I can setup online?
I have bought using MasterCard on sites like Coinmama, but the prices were too high.
The amount I want to send ~$100,000
I appreciate any help.

better use Kraken for fiat deposit, from there you can convert to any crypto and send anywhere including binance.
I also recommend swissquote as your bank won't know the transfer would be crypto related, several topics about it on this forum.

I've used Kraken for over 3 years, never had an issue with them

kraken is a really good service, if Binance can't upgrade their system to accept SWIFT transfers and other ways to receive money they are simply to big and not worth to work with.
