Hi,
After spending hours searching the threads on here, I would like to ask in this new post please:

1) Has anyone made a list of American banks where non-US citizens can open a bank account online without visiting America? A list would be nice as I am sure each bank will have some tiny requirements which might not suit everyone.
2) Can anyone give a few names from their own experience or knowledge?

Background: The US bank account will be used only as a personal account and there would barely be any transactions overall in any given year. Only a few online transactions likely to occur. Debit card would be nice to have but not mandatory. Of course would be nice if the annual fees are low.

Misc.: From the nomad capitalist site I read that for non-US citizens wanting American offshore bank accounts and who plan to do transactions while being located in different countries, a medium sized bank is more suited as opposed to a large or a small bank. But he did not give any specific names as such.

Also, I understand from the threads I read that many on here are big fans of EMIs but I would like to have a bank account due to personal reasons please.

Thanks in advance.

Very few banks let you open up remotely.
Some that does require higher initial deposits.
Schwab 25k
Citi 50k
