Do banks always need to know the director/shareholder of the Corporate bank account?
Is there a way to open a corporate bank account without using a nominee and without the bank account needing your passport or residency identity card? I thought I could open a bank account as a LLC but that seems wrong. How is it done, do I open the bank account as a Trust that owns the LLC?
You can private message me if you prefer to provide help that way.

Hey,

Without revealing the identity of the ultimate beneficial owner(s) (not only director and shareholder), it won't be possible to open an account in legal ways.

You can open a bank account that belongs to the LLC, but the bank also needs to know who owns/controls/manages the company and its bank account.
