8hrs to get to binance customer support

Today I waited for 8hrs, oh and yesterday also several hours till 2 am.
My deposit hadn't arrived so I wanted them to check it out...
slow bank deposits....
Follow their proof to check your own money?!
Waiting for 8hrs for help from support?
Hom much money does binance make they can't hire a decent support team...
There have to be better options out there!

that is not surprising. you see support only after you got lured in so why invest massive resource there?

It's a shame that a company of that size is not taking care of their customers. On the other hand, they can give a s**t about it because they are that big, just look at Google and say GoDaddy no support at all, not to mention PayPal that give a s**t about business merchants.
