Interactivebrokers, Transferwise secrecy for EU resident

Sorry I searched but I'd like some more precise answers about what you think.

Is it risky to use Transferwise without declaring the account?
Same question for Interactivebrokers UK which will become IE.

Is it better to incorporate a US company and go through IB US?
+ US company bank account.

Yes it is risky, you might end up in huge trouble in case Transferwise data leaks somewhere
