Does CRS effect real estate?

Can't find an answer to this question.

If I have a house in the UK and I am from France. Does the UK exchange information about a house I have in the UK in the same way they do with bank accounts and bank account balances at end of year.

It depends on what address was used as your correspondence address when you bought it.

As far as I know CRS automatic exchange doesn't apply to real estate. But as @CaptK said it doesn't depends on your correspondence address, if UK sends you some official letter regarding your house to your French address it probably won't be hidden for long.
