Benefits of aged corporations?

Hello guys,
What are the benefits of an aged corpoation exactly ? Why not a new off shore corporation?

Can you get credit faster if its aged?
Higher credit lines due to aged?
For offshore LLC's who is the representitive of the company ? If someone signs up to lets say a website or a service whos information is inputed ? The agent that registered and is representing the llc in behalf of the owner? Or the owner?

depends very much on if the company has filed any tax report and made profits.

Most people use such entities if they need something with history, that can be banks or even customers asking for it.

There may be a endless of reasons for why people require a aged company, sometimes there is also a legal point of view in certain situations.
