What is exactly the problem that they are trying to solve? and what are they are trying to achieve?

Who can work with them and who are their target audience?

how is the onboarding process? and what kind of Questions/documents do they ask?

I found that they own credit call, so does that mean is that they have some sort of unified payment solutions?

There is not much to tell about, the NMI payment gateway has been around for the last 20 years, they have one of the worlds largest network of acquiring banks and MAP's connected to their gateway. If you can find a way to get out of them a list of who they are connected with you would have the most comprehensive list of payment processors ever.

Their tech support is nice. I used them years back with a long gone payment processors CNP Worldwide.
