I am looking for a place to set up a company. I am a freelancer and need the most optimal way of structuring it. The turnover of the company will be up to EUR30K per annum. I am an EU citizen (Romania) (no, I do not want to set up a company in Romania as I do not live there). I intend moving to Denmark, therefore I want it to be somehow hidden from their taxes. Will be residing without a tax residence there for 6 months, then I will register as a tax payer and I think the fun will begin.
