Send money to offshore company

Anybody a good idea how to get money from a normal consultancy company to another company in an offshore haven? Both companies exist already.
I can send an invoice from the tax haven to the other company each month, so money go from one company to the other... but what do you put on the invoice as description? Anybody an idea? Purpose would be to do it every month. "Consultancy services" as discription won't be enough I guess. I should have a good explanation when the taxman will come .

On the invoice list things that you would pay monthly for like DD, Administration, research and retainer.

And what about prove if the taxman asks for it?

Do the work send it to yourself via the invoicing company email address. You will need to set up a domain and website.

I was thinking about something more creative ... Maybe something automated, where the invoicing company could ask money for each month.

Retainer, you can contract a retainer but you need to demonstrate that actually work has been received from the invoicing company.

And what work should the retainer do? Any good ideas?
Btw I was thinking paying the invoicing company about 3k a month.

It all depends on what industry you are in. Invoice has to make sense.

I have same setup. I was putting "consulting services for projects:x1,x2,x3" and change them every now and then.
