Flipping stuff online, do you have to pay tax?

If I buy stuff online (or flea markets), then flip it online on something like ebay, do I have to pay tax for that? I believe it will be considered a business practice - buying and selling goods?

Yes you will 100% be liable for tax, and the moment your revenue hits 50.000 DKK you will also be viable for VAT (25%).
