BEA BE-13 Form

Good day all,

We just set up a new LLC (Foreign ownership) and we found out that we have to fill in a survey on BEA called the BE-13 Form:

BE-13 filing, you do not have to wait for the EIN to be assigned before submitting that to the Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA). Please be sure to take care of that from your end at http://www.bea.gov/efile within 45 days of the incorporation date to avoid monetary penalties from the BEA.

Anyone, can advise us which form we need to fill-in? and what address we can use? Our virtual office address or our residence address outside the USA

Can I ask, does this form apply for all USA company including Wyoming, Delaware and New Mexico?

Hi @lavel Its a mandatory form that has to be filled in for all foreign owners of an LLC. After reaching out to BEA we had to fill in the From BE13 Claim for exemption. As our yearly revenue will be under 3 million US-Dollars.

WoW I get confused by such large diagram. Will contact a CPA or someone to help me once I need it for my Wyoming LLC.
