As I already explained in another thread public I need a high risk Pharma merchant account.

You want to use these payment processors at your own risk. I know they do pharmacy, adult, not coded gaming and all kind of high risk stuff.
You need to contact them one by one and tell them what website you have and you need a EU company not blacklisted by Visa or MC - if you are blacklisted already you need a new setup which can't be connected with you.

Thank you for sharing this list! Does COOLPAY work for US based payments? Our situation is that we are operating in the UK with 100% of customers in the US.

What is he using now as an alternative if anything?
4% is definitely higher, and you cant stop friendly fraud but you can at least set up a system to reduce the % sometimes.

Hi, is Quadra Pay still legit? are they doing payout as promised?
I'm going to start with them soon and I want to get any feedback about them.

What payment terms did they give you? Are they able to pay out in BTC?
 
I would say try to contact them and see how they respond and if they are able to help you.

If all goes well and you can do the onboarding then I would start very slowly over the first 6 months to see if payouts come as a clockwork and even more important if troubles start once you will get your holdback.

Searching on Google I can't find any single negative review, so they may be legit at some point, the Internet is floating fast with scam reports about companies and especially payment processors if they don't pay out.
