Unknown third party

If a third party that is managing an offshore trust has access to funds in that offshore trust by way of an offshore bank debit card with consent of course of the trusts owner but for some reason decides to give that debit card to an uknown party who lives in a different part of the world where the debit card is registered as far as a physical mailing address and the bank noticed what was happening assuming the bank wanted that unknown party to come in person into the banks branch, would this unknown party be eventually reported to the aeoi, tiea, or crs if theyre not the third party managing that trust or the owner of the trust??? What would happen???

There are usually no debit cards involved in trusts, though.

What do u mean no debit cards with offshore trusts? If someone avoided the crs could they also avoid aeoi or tiea too all together?

Funds held in a trust are usually not accessible through a debit card. That would risk defeating the sanctity of the trust.

Normally only the trustee (a fiduciary or legal practitioner in the jurisdiction where the trust is formed) has day-to-day access to the funds and is not permitted to spend the money.

Maybe there is an IBC layer before the Trust therefore a debit card could be issued.

I think OP needs to check if he actually has a trust. Secondly why the f**k does have access to your card and your money and you don't know who they are.
