Binance makes problems with withdrawing funds

How should an individual handle a case that Binance asking too many questions before letting withdrawing funds? Does someone know a good lawyer who can handle it?

They have been bastards lately took 3 weeks to release a payment. BTC was going up I tried to buy BTC the wouldn't let me.

Is anyone using them after all? I believe they are going to be forced to report sooner or later with the size they have?
